Follow the simple steps below to return your items.

Tell Us About Your Return

  • Faulty or damaged? Contact us at boutique@thebeautytriangle.com within 14 days. We’ll cover the return postage and arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Unwanted item? You can return within 14 days, but postage is your responsibility. Most of our products fit Royal Mail’s Small Parcel service (from £3.35).

Post Your Return

Re-pack your item securely, include your order number, and address it to our returns address (shown on your delivery label). Use the carrier of your choice.

We’ll Do The Rest

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund (excluding postage for unwanted items) and send you a confirmation email. Refunds usually take 3–5 working days to appear.

How long do I have to return an item?

You can return unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Who pays for return postage?

If your item is faulty or damaged, we’ll cover the cost.
If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, return postage is your responsibility.

Which courier should I use for returns?

You can use any carrier, but for most of our products Royal Mail Small Parcel (from £3.35) is suitable.

Where do I send my return?

Please use the returns address printed on your delivery label. Remember to include your order number inside the parcel.

How long will my refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days.

Will you refund my original delivery costs?

For faulty/damaged items, yes.
For unwanted items, we refund the product price only (not the original shipping cost).

Can I exchange instead of refund?

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order if you’d like an alternative item.

 

 

Please note

All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means unopened/unused and in the original, undamaged, packaging.

TBT Boutique reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.

Once we have received your exchange/return, we will check if it meets our returns conditions before proceeding with an exchange or a refund. Refunds will be made to the same method of payment you used when you made the original purchase, unless you have expressly agreed with us otherwise.

We are unable to accept packages returned without the necessary return information, and we are not responsible for the fate of a package you may have sent to us that lacks the necessary information or authorisation.

Sale items

Sale items cannot be returned for a refund, unless deemed faulty by TBT Boutique. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on “Final Sale” items.

Repeated returns

Our flexible returns policy aims to give you an easy and smooth online shopping experience. However, please note that we do monitor the number of returns made by a customer, and continued returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your TBT Boutique account or future orders being refused.
